For Optimal Health we must maintain Balance in all 5 Bodies
Physical - Pertains to the body’s health and overall functioning.
(What are you fueling your body with? Are you hydrated? How is your sleep? What type of physical activity are you doing?)
Mental - Pertains to cognitive functions, thoughts, and the ways in which you process information.
(Do you have a growth mindset? Are you able to shift and aware of different perspectives? Are you able to concentrate? How is your emotional processing?)
Emotional - Relates to feelings and how they are experienced and expressed.
(What is your emotional intelligence IQ? Do you know your behavioral style? Have you healed or aware of your trauma/triggers?)
Spiritual - Relates to a sense of purpose, connection to something greater than oneself, and alignment with personal values.
(Your Why? Do you know your why?)
Sexual - Encompasses desires, identity, and connections.
(Not just sex, are you in touch with your own sexual being? Are you comfortable truly connecting with your sexual desires with self and/or partner? )
